Matthew Malek

Matthew Malek is a 26 year old former seminarian from the Archdiocese of Detroit. He grew up in Dearborn Heights Michigan and attended high school at the University of Detroit Jesuit . Matthew then attended Villanova University on a Soccer Scholarship where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Philosophy. While at Villanova, Matthew was involved in numerous extra-curricular activities but spent most of his spare time doing pro-life and chastity work, including extensive speaking engagements reaching thousands of youth. He served one term as the President of the American Collegians for Life, a national collegiate pro-life organization. After college, Matthew entered Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit . After one year of studies, he was appointed by Cardinal Adam Midai to study at the Pontifical North American College. Matt is currently living in Southern California where he directs a non-profit organization called Holy Wood of the Cross and is a producer for the independent production company Film Foundry.
